Unhosted Guest House - Rates:

$135.00 - $200.00 plus tax for two to four guests
$25.00 plus tax extra per additional guest      Weekly rates are available.

One night deposit by check confirms your reservation. 

Two-night minimum on holiday weekends.

Payment by Check, Cash, or major Credit Cards.

Check-In time: 3:00 pm.   Check-Out time:  12:00 noon

Cancellation Policy:  Confirmed reservations may be cancelled and receive a refund with a ten-day notice, less a $20 handling fee.  Less than ten days notice, the full amount will be charged.  No cancellations accepted for Round Top Antiques Fair, and holiday dates.

No pets.  Smoking on porch or patio only.

Fishing is available.

Well behaved children over 10 are welcome.

All guests receive detailed driving directions with confirmation notices.  Directions are also shown on this web site.
