Two-night minimum on holiday weekends.

Payment by Check, Cash, or major Credit Cards.  

Check-In time: 3:00 pm.   Check-Out time:  12:00 noon

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation time frame is 14 days. If you need to cancel at the last minute you will be responsible for the full rate. If we rebook you, you will receive a refund less $25.00 per day of rebooking. If you cancel before the 14 days, you will be charged $25.00 per day of rebooking. Please note reservations during Round Top and Area Antique Festivals, Blue Bonnet Festivals, and Scarecrow Festivals lie confirmed with payment in full prior to your stay. Cancellation will result in losing the entire payment, understanding this is our peak events.

No pets.  Smoking on porch or patio only.

Fishing is available.

Well behaved children are welcome.
